Narooma Cinemas is housed in the historic Soldiers Memorial School of Arts Hall which has been placed on the National Heritage Register because of its significance to the Community. Screening films since 1928 is the 4th oldest cinema screening films in Australia.
The character of this Edwardian building has been maintained, enter the foyer and you can feel its charm. Walk into the main theatre, Cinema 1 and you are in yesteryear. Enter the boutique Cinema 2 and you feel if you are in gold class.

Narooma Cinemas has been continually developed over the past five years by it's current owners with dolby digital sound, 35mm and digital giving quality sound and film and the addition of boutique Cinema 2. As well as "Cinema Live" - live shows direct via satellite beamed to the Cinema - the latest development in Cinema going.
Air conditioned with comfortable seating – plus quality coffee, famous variety of choc tops and candy - it is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a movie.
The Cinema is available for any special events or performances. We can provide an intimate setting in our 30 seat cinema or for a larger event in our 200 seat art deco cinema - make a request and we will endeavour to make the event special for you.
